Clients are required to provide adequate contact details. This will enable me to communicate with you effectively. In the first session, I will ask you to provide me with your postal address, e-mail, and mobile number(s). I will only use these to contact you with regard to sessions and the work we are doing together, and I will never pass them on to someone else unless you request for me to do so.

Confidentiality 

All information shared with me will be considered as confidential. Confidentiality may need to be broken in the following circumstances:

• When legally required (e.g. Child Protection, Terrorism Act, Court of Law)
• If I believe the client, or a third party, is in serious danger.

In line with my professional requirements, I may discuss sessions with my clinical supervisor, however the identity of the client is NOT revealed. Please see my GDPR Privacy Notice for further details. 

Record Keeping and Data Collection 

I will keep brief notes which will record background information and issues worked on in our sessions. Notes are kept securely and are filed anonymously. I follow all data protection principles (GDPR), including your right to access your records, as detailed within my GDPR Privacy Notice. 

Sessions 

Sessions last one hour but can vary in length at times when required, however they will be no shorter than 45 minutes and no longer than 90 minutes. Clients are responsible for being on time, and sessions will end at the designated time even if the client is late to the session. If you turn up under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs I will have to refuse to treat you - No offence is intended but hypnotherapy simply won’t work, and you will not get the results you need. However, I will still have to make a charge for the session.

Payment 

There is no charge for the Initial Consultation. The fee for each subsequent session is £65. If you purchase a block of seven sessions, your eighth session will be free. 

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer at the end of each session. 

If you wish to change, postpone, or cancel an appointment 24 hours’ notice must be given or the cost of the full session is payable. The consultation fees are subject to reviews usually on an annual basis from 1st January. Notice will always be given of any price increases.
