I’m Stef and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and was trained by the prestigious CPHT.  I have 37 years of experience as a qualified nurse and Occupational Health specialist and I also served12 years in the Royal Air Force. My clinical experience has taught me that true healing comes from within and change begins with compassion.

In addition to my nursing codes of conduct I am also a registered member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I ensure my practice aligns with their standards and ethics, including continued professional development on the latest neuroscientific research and solution focused methods and clinical supervision.
